Change In Officers

September 5, 2012 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the "Company" or "Bard") is pleased to announce the appointment of Florence Luong as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Luong brings several years of financial and accounting experience in the public sector specifically in the natural resource industry.

The Company has accepted the resignation of Esther Lee as Chief Financial Officer effective August 31, 2012. The Board of Directors wishes to express its gratitude to Mrs. Lee for her contributions to the Company and to wish her well with her future endeavors.
